Free gaming cafe software, and what free actually includes.
EnterBattle runs a gaming cafe or lounge at ₹0 a month: unlimited stations and staff, sessions, wallets, bookings, food, loyalty and tournaments. The only thing that costs money is a WhatsApp message you choose to send. This page lists exactly what is in the free system, what the messages cost, and why a company would do this.

There is no paid tier of the system itself. Every venue gets the same software; the add-ons below are the only things with a price.
Two add-ons, both off until you switch them on.
WhatsApp messages. Promotions, booking confirmations, reminders and login codes go out from your own connected WhatsApp number and are paid per message from prepaid credits. A typical 12-station lounge spends ₹600 to ₹1,200 a month on messages at ₹1.50 per promo and ₹0.30 per reminder, plus GST. A lounge that sends no messages spends nothing.
Paid tournaments. An entry-fee tournament with online registration and payouts carries a per-event fee, published before the event opens. Free events, which is most of them, stay free.

One credit is one rupee. Credits are spent only when a message is actually sent and expire 12 months after purchase. Replies inside the 24-hour window are free.

How that lands for the 12-station example: 300 promos a month at ₹1.50 is ₹450 and 500 confirmations and reminders at ₹0.30 is ₹150, or ₹600 before GST. Double both and it is ₹1,200. The sum for your lounge is your opted-in list times how often you message it, plus two utility messages per booking.

Senet publishes no INR price and no India payment rails; we include it because metro lounges ask about it.
Where paid tools win: GameBiller is also free at 5 stations or fewer, Clutchr covers snooker tables and sports courts, and Senet runs PC centres in 90 countries. If one of those is your business, the paid tool may be the right call, and the two comparison pages say so.

Where our numbers come from. EnterBattle runs our own 23-station lounge: 2,342 customers and 21,000 sessions at Hall of War, Siliguri. It was the back office of that lounge before it was a product, and the floor paid for it.
Why is it free?
Because we built it for our own lounge first and the floor paid for it. The company earns from WhatsApp credits you buy only when you choose to send messages, and from a per-event fee on paid tournaments. Both are off until you switch them on, so a lounge that uses neither costs us little and pays nothing.
Is there a station limit or a staff limit?
No. Unlimited stations of any type and unlimited staff logins at ₹0. The company does not earn from your station count, so there is no reason to cap it.
Will it start charging later?
The core system stays free. Only the add-ons have prices, they are published on the pricing page before they open, and any change comes with at least 30 days' notice. Credits you have already bought are honoured at the rate you paid.
What do I actually pay for messages?
₹1.50 per marketing message and ₹0.30 per utility or authentication message (confirmations, reminders, login codes), plus 18% GST, bought as prepaid packs of ₹500 to ₹5,000. Replies inside 24 hours are free. A typical 12-station lounge spends ₹600 to ₹1,200 a month.
Do I need a card or new hardware?
Neither. No card is ever asked for on the free system. The console runs in a browser and the station lock runs on the Windows PCs you already own.
What if I want to leave?
Turn any add-on off to stop its charges, and ask for a full export of your business data whenever you want it. There is no subscription to cancel.
