A GameBiller alternative that stays free past 5 stations. Compared fairly.

GameBiller is free up to 5 stations and ₹499 a month after that. EnterBattle is free at any station count. GameBiller also claims a much larger footprint than ours. This page is for an owner who has outgrown a 5-station plan or wants a booking page, tournaments and loyalty on the same free system, and it says where GameBiller is the better fit.

02The claim

1,700 centres, marked as their claim.

GameBiller's site says it serves 1,700 or more gaming centres in over 100 countries and has issued 130,000 or more invoices. We could not verify any of those numbers and we are not saying they are wrong; they are GameBiller's own figures and you should weigh them as such. By the same rule, our numbers are ours: one lounge, 23 stations, run on the system every day since it existed.

If a long customer list is what gives you confidence in software, GameBiller has the longer list and this page will not pretend otherwise. If you want to see the system running on a real floor before you commit, ours is open: the live demo is the console with sample data, and a founder will screen-share the real one.

04The decision

When to choose which, said plainly.

Choose GameBiller if

  • You have 5 stations or fewer and need billing, snacks, invoices and a WhatsApp receipt, nothing more.
  • You are outside India and want a tool priced in dollars with a global footprint (their claim).
  • A big published customer count is what makes you comfortable.
  • ₹499 a month including GST is fine and you want to keep things simple.

A small, simple lounge is well served there, and it costs nothing at 5 stations.

Choose EnterBattle if

  • You have, or plan to have, more than 5 stations and do not want a monthly fee to appear at station six.
  • You want a booking page, tournaments, wallets and loyalty without paying for a plan.
  • You would rather pay per WhatsApp message than per month.
  • You want GST invoices, UPI and an export of your data whenever you ask.

A 12-station lounge that sends promos spends ₹600 to ₹1,200 a month on messages here, and ₹0 if it sends none.

05Proof

Where our numbers come from, and a few questions.

Where our numbers come from. EnterBattle runs our own 23-station lounge: 2,342 customers and 21,000 sessions at Hall of War, Siliguri. Its sessions and food orders came across from the lounge's previous system in September 2026, so switching systems is something we have done ourselves.

Why would a free product stay free past 5 stations?

Because the company does not earn from the station count. It earns from WhatsApp credits you buy to send messages, and from a fee on paid tournaments. A 40-station lounge costs us the same to serve as a 4-station one.

Can I move from GameBiller?

Yes. Tell us what you run and how big your customer list is. We will say what moves across and what you will rebuild, before you switch anything off.

Do I need new hardware?

No. The console runs in a browser and the station lock runs on your existing Windows PCs.

Is the owner app on the app stores?

Not yet, and neither is GameBiller's PC Lock out of beta by its own description. The browser console and TV display work today; the app listing will be announced on the site when it is live.

The full rate card is on pricing. What "free" includes, line by line, is on free gaming cafe software.

Station six is free too. So is station sixty.

No card, no trial clock, no station limit. Prefer to talk first? The WhatsApp line is a founder, not a bot.
