PS5 cafe booking software: a booking page, WhatsApp confirmations, and bays that fill on a Tuesday.

A PS5 lounge sells time on six to ten bays. Weekends book out; weekday afternoons sit empty. EnterBattle gives every lounge a public booking page and WhatsApp confirmations for ₹0 a month, and a dead-hour offer that runs itself. This page shows how it works, with the message bill for a 6-bay lounge worked out in rupees.

01The booking page

One link, instead of a DM thread.

Most PS5 lounges take bookings by Instagram DM or a phone call. The booking lives in someone's chat history, the bay is double-booked on a Saturday, and the no-show is nobody's fault. The booking page replaces that with a link you put in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp reply.

  • Pick a bay type, a day, a time, a length and the number of players. A time is offered only when every slot it covers has enough free seats.
  • Phone number and a one-time code. The customer confirms with a code sent to their phone, so every booking is tied to a real number and a wallet.
  • A deposit you set, taken from the customer's wallet. Wallets top up by UPI; if you allow it, the customer can pay the deposit at the venue instead.
  • The booking shows on the console next to the live sessions. Slots auto-expire when they pass, so a stale booking cannot block a bay that is actually free.

Once your WhatsApp number is connected and the booking template is approved, every booking gets a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder before the slot, sent from your lounge's own number and paid from your credits at ₹0.30 each. Until then the page still works; the confirmation shows on screen.

02The dead hours

Weekday 12 to 5 pm, the offer that runs itself.

Gaming Nation's October 2026 PS5 guide puts metro PS5 bays at ₹100 to ₹200 an hour and tier-2 bays at ₹60 to ₹120, with a second controller adding ₹50 to ₹100. Its city guide and every vendor blog we read describe the same pattern: bays can be booked out on weekends, and the standard fix for weekday afternoons is a 30 to 40 percent happy-hour discount between 12 and 5 pm.

The arithmetic for a 6-bay lounge at ₹120 an hour: between 12 and 5 pm on a weekday, six bays are ₹3,600 of capacity. At 20 percent occupancy that is ₹720 earned and ₹2,880 of bay-time nobody paid for. A 30 percent discount takes the rate to ₹84; two extra bays filled for those five hours is ₹840 a day, or about ₹18,000 a month of revenue from hours that were empty.

In EnterBattle the dead-hour offer is a rule you set once: weekdays, 12 to 5 pm, 30 percent off, applied automatically to bookings and walk-ins. The promo that fills it is one WhatsApp broadcast to the customers who opted in, sent from the console on Monday morning.

Checked on 6 Nov 2026. The hourly rates and the 12-to-5 happy-hour pattern are read from Gaming Nation's October 2026 PS5 cafe guide and vendor blogs that day; they may have changed since, and we will correct this page if you tell us. They are their figures, not ours; your own rate card is what the sums should use.

03The bill

A 6-bay lounge's messages, worked out for a month.

MessagesCost
Booking confirmations300 × ₹0.30₹90
Reminders before the slot300 × ₹0.30₹90
Dead-hour promos2 × 250 × ₹1.50₹750
Subtotal₹930
GST at 18%₹167
Total for the month₹1,097

Assumptions: 300 bookings a month (10 a day), each getting a confirmation and a reminder; two dead-hour promos a month to 250 opted-in customers. Rates from our pricing page, before and after 18% GST.

That is one Growth pack (₹1,000 for 1,050 credits, ₹1,180 with GST) and a little change, against ₹0 for the platform itself. If the two promos bring in the ₹18,000 of dead-hour revenue from the section above, the messages paid for themselves on the first Tuesday. A lounge that only wants the booking page and the confirmations, with no promos, pays ₹180 plus GST a month. A lounge that connects no WhatsApp number pays nothing.

04Fit

Is it for your lounge? Both answers.

It fits if

  • You run PS5 or mixed console and PC bays and take bookings by DM, phone or a notebook today.
  • Your weekends are full and your weekday afternoons are not.
  • You want confirmations and reminders to go out without a staff member typing them.
  • You would rather pay ₹0 a month and about ₹1,100 in messages than a monthly plan.

It does not fit if

  • You bill snooker tables or sports courts alongside the bays; EnterBattle is for gaming stations only.
  • You need the customer app on the app stores today; ours is built but not yet listed.
  • You are outside India; the system is INR, GST and UPI only.
  • You send more than about 3,000 promos a month; a pass-through WhatsApp provider may be cheaper per message.

Two of those are covered on the comparison pages for Clutchr and GameBiller.

05Proof

Where the numbers come from, and a few questions.

Where our numbers come from. EnterBattle runs our own 23-station lounge: 2,342 customers and 21,000 sessions at Hall of War, Siliguri. Those sessions include PS5 bays, RTX PCs, racing sims and a 4-player VR zone, all booked and billed on the same page.

Does the booking page need my own website?

No. It is a page on enterbattle.com under your lounge's name. Put the link in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp auto-reply.

What if the customer does not show up?

You set the deposit, and it is taken from the customer's wallet at booking time, or paid at the venue if you allow that. A slot that passes expires on its own, so the bay goes back on sale instead of sitting blocked.

Can I run different rates for different bays?

Yes. Each station type has its own hourly rate and happy-hour rule, and the booking page prices a slot by the length and the number of players.

What does the WhatsApp confirmation cost?

₹0.30 per message plus GST, from prepaid credits, sent from your own connected WhatsApp number. The booking page works without it; the confirmation then shows on screen.

Rates and packs are on pricing. Everything else in the free system is listed on free gaming cafe software.

Full on Saturday night. Fill it at 2 pm on a Tuesday.

No card, no trial clock, no station limit. Prefer to talk first? The WhatsApp line is a founder, not a bot.
